Nursery Rhymes to Sing and Sign Provides access to free downloadable, web-based communication resources for all young children. It has a particular focus on strategies known to help communication and language development in children with communication difficulties.

Symbol World This website is dedicated to people who use symbols. It has material for all ages and includes personal contributions, stories, including nursery rhymes and film reviews, and learning materials incorporating sections on literacy, cooking and different languages among others.

Tar Heel Reader : Books for beginning readers of all ages This website houses a collection of free, easy-to-read, and accessible books on a wide range of topics, both fiction and non fiction. Each book can be speech enabled and accessed using multiple interfaces (i.e. switches, alternative keyboards, touch screens, and dedicated AAC devices). The books may be downloaded as slide shows in PowerPoint, Impress, or Flash format. You may write your own books using downloadable pictures or upload from your own collection.

Zac Browser This is a web browser developed specifically for children with autism, autism spectrum disorders such as asperger syndrome and pervasive development disorders. It allows the child to interact directly with a lot of games, stories, music and other activities including an aquarium.
